Warranty:
- The DaVinci MIQRO Vaporizer is covered by a two-year limited warranty which begins at the time of the product’s original purchase. This general policy covers all attached parts including the heating chamber, any electronic components and the structural integrity of the device.
- The Lithium Batteries are subject to degradation due to their regular use and are subject to a 90-day warranty. Batteries are designed to work continuously for up to 40 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- To use the device’s warranty, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from the company’s customer service department. DaVinci is responsible for replacing any defective products free of charge during the period of the warranty.
Instructions:
- Open the bottom lid and fully load the chamber if fully ground dry herbs. Pack the material tightly before closing it.
- Clicking the control button 5 times starts the MIQRO vaporizer’s Smart Path Mode. Afterward, use the double buttons to adjust the temperature according to the type of material being used.
