How long does it take to start
vaporizing?
It takes approximately 7 minutes
to reach the desired vaporization temperature to begin inhaling. As soon as the herb starts to vaporize it is important to begin
inhaling, so that the vapor does not condense on the top of
the globe.

What is the temperature range?
Once the vaporizer is set at its
highest temperature it is approximately 200 degrees Celsius.
Each model has different temperature ranges, although most herbs vaporize around 200 degrees Celsius.
What countries will
the vaporizer work
in?
Our vaporizers work in all

How do I return my
vaporizor?
Do not return the vaporizer
unless you have been given permission.
Delivery, how long does it
take?
After your order has been
processed, delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 days. Our
orders are all sent via DHL express post, and a tracking
number is forwarded to your address, so that you can trace
your parcel at any time.
NOTE: PO BOX addresses
must be delivered via regular post and can take up to 8 days
for delivery.
