Return Policy & Warranty Information
Vaporizor.com is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. We will help you with dealing with any warranty issues you have with manufacturers of the Vaporizers we stock.
We accept back any item that is in it's original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All sales are final.
All warranty returns or exchanges must include the sale number reference that you will note on your original sale email.
However if you receive your unit damaged or non-functioning we will gladly replace the unit for you.
All Warranty claims will be facilitated by Vaporizor.com, please contact us within your warranty period.
